In a show of support and commitment to the community, Blood Diagnostics is developing three websites, each dedicated to the education of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. It is our hope that kids, teens, and parents will look to these sites as a reliable source for information. Your input is what will allow us provide the information most relevant to your needs, we are asking that you take a few minutes to fill out this survey regarding your families’ use of the web to find information about bleeding disorders.
